It's time to get pissed. The U.S. law that would turn Google, Facebook, and Twitter into legally immune government spies just passed the House.

This bill affects everyone — not just U.S. citizens. Anyone with a Facebook account could now have their data shipped directly to the U.S. government. That's why Internet users overwhelmingly oppose this bill. Over 1.5 million people signed petitions against it. But Congress didn't listen.

Does this remind you of something? Yep, this is the exact position we were in with SOPA last year. Then the Internet rose up and we made history with the SOPA strike.

This spring, we're going to organize the largest online privacy protest in history to make sure that CISPA goes the same route as SOPA and doesn't become the law that breaks the 4th Amendment. Are you in?

CISPA threatens our most basic rights. Privacy is important not just for our security but for our rights to freedom of expression. The giant tech companies that stood with Internet users against SOPA are not going to help us this time (but some of the large sites like Mozilla, Imgur, and Reddit are all against CISPA and we love them).

Only a massive grassroots outcry will stop this bill. We're starting to build the tools. But we need your help.

School is goin' good, even though I have minor frustrations with my online class. Mainly that it is online and I much prefer to actually be in class, in person. Sculpture is interesting, I'm sculpting a skeleton right now for homework which will be done tomorrow probably. I just have to finish on leg, arm and the head and then finish up the rib cage. Not really detailed, obviously. If I had to sculpt every bone, it would probably kill me but I'd end up doing it because I will push myself to do it. Over achieving all the way people!

Concepts in Motion Design is very fun so far, learning to make gifs and stuff. I'm really looking forward to the cinemagraphs, they look really cool. As for my banner ad; I'm super happy with how it turned out! I might upload it if dA will let me. I have a huge backload of shiz I need to upload, but I have no freaking time nowadays. School is good at keeping you busy. I have no clue how people with full time jobs can go to school full time! I salute you!

And to my JoGee friends: I missed you guys!  My ipod died and I forgot to charge it, so I got no update saying Jogee was on. I'm a sad panda right now, I HATE missing the show and hanging out with everyone. It seems whenever my schedule changes it takes me a bit to get used to it. I WILL see you next week though, now that I know the day and time. Grr, I'm so mad at myself right now...and disappointed. I need my Jogee time.
